This site is absolutely noncommercial and intended for professional software developers and system integrators, which are working in Process Control field.

Many customers today use packaged systems based on ActiveX Control communications and OLE for Process Control (OPC) technologies. The most popular among them are CIMPLICITY, Wonderware, WinCC, RSView, etc., which provide both: operator interface and communications to a variety of PLC's. However many developers and system integrators prefer to develop their own interface based on the device native communication protocol or API. Certainly, from CPU perspective, this way is much faster and efficient than OPCs or ActiveX can provide.

Browsing these web pages, I hope, you may find information you need such as various manuals, descriptions, demo projects, tips and tricks, etc. The most recent information I share is information regarding the Windows programming, because lately I have focused more on the development in C++ and C# languages for Windows embedded devices.  Also I would appreciate your decision to share with me the information you have.
